Studio Policies *

We want every appointment at Amada to feel easy, comfortable, and respectful for both our clients and our artists. Our studio policies help us create a smooth experience for everyone while making sure our artists have the time and space to give you the best service possible.

Please take a moment to review our policies before your appointment. If you ever have a question or aren't sure about something, just ask us! We're always happy to help.

Cancellation policy

Amada Lash Studio understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card or deposit is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No guests

I acknowledge amada lash studios no children\extra guest policy, and agree not to bring additional persons with me to any service. I understand that my service will be rescheduled if a guest accompanies me to the studio.

Model policy

I agree to arrive well-groomed, with my hair styled and wearing a solid black or white top, as requested. I understand that failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the discounted model pricing.

I acknowledge and agree to be photographed and recorded on video throughout the duration of this model appointment. I understand that this content may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media and website portfolio
